In this elementary workshop series, students will: Dive into the world of the arts through play, discovery and self-expression. Explore a variety of art forms, including visual art, theatre, music, culinary art and storytelling. Build confidence, curiosity and creative thinking as they experiment with different materials and ideas. Every session helps children learn to see the world through an artist’s eyes and find joy in creating. Meet the instructors: Arts Partners Arts Partners, part of the national Young Audiences Arts for Learning network, connects schools with local artists and cultural organizations to integrate visual and performing arts into PreK–12 education. Through performances, workshops, residencies and professional development, the program enhances classroom learning and supports arts-integrated curriculum design. By using the arts as a teaching tool, Arts Partners fosters creativity, self-expression, problem-solving and a lifelong love of learning.
