Through interactive activities, storytelling, creative expression and guided reflection, students develop emotional awareness, confidence, resilience and kindness in a way that feels natural, playful and empowering.This session builds naturally on the heart of Youth Mindset Labs, offering returning students' opportunities to deepen and apply familiar skills while remaining welcoming and accessible for new learners.
