Her love of movement began as a childhood athlete and grew throughout her college years at Clemson University. Since earning certifications in personal training, group fitness and Precision Nutrition, Jena has led HIIT classes, wellness programs and one-on-one coaching focused on fun, balance and sustainable habits. She enjoys yoga, boxing, Pilates, golf and traveling with her husband, Brian.
