Movement and Meditation Program Schedule: Aug. 21-Oct. 9 This class will meet weekly on Fridays from 1-2 p.m. Recommended Ages: 4th-8th grades This class is limited to six students. Cost: $50 (Members), $60 (Nonmembers) Rest and reset after lunch with gentle movement, a simple guided meditation and a period of quiet relaxation. Teens and tweens will practice quieting their minds and bodies- developing inner calm.
