With certifications in the Highlands Ability Battery and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, she has guided hundreds through confident career decisions.Kristi also previously spent 25 years as a speech-language pathologist, supporting children and families through assessment, treatment, and collaboration with educators. Inspired by their own children’s career journeys, she transitioned into career consulting and partnered with Robyn Jackson to create a personalized, strengths-based approach to career guidance.
