Lifestyle Assessments: When students take the Lifestyle Assessment, they determine their unique lifestyles based on their interests and personal strengths, develop greater self-awareness of their own identity through a process of self-discovery and reflection and begin the journey to a greater understanding of who they are now and who they want to become. Career Exploration: More than 300 career badges representing the fastest-growing careers and delivering up-to-date information on salary, work expectations and pathways to get there. Bite-sized Learning: 10,000+ minutes of bite-sized, engaging activities, videos and lessons that inspire actions and meet outcomes. A Personalized Student Portfolio: A comprehensive record of every student’s achievements, progression and personalized insights. Find Your Grind adds a gamified element to learning. A clear display of earned badges, organized by category, helps students track their progress and share their achievements. As the content grows, students receive dynamic suggestions for careers, skills, mentors and badges to explore next, blending Find Your Grind’s insights with student preferences.
